Eggnog Pancakes

We devised this special since we would be open through the holidays this year and it has been a hit! These pancakes are light and impossibly fluffy. They are perfect for a winter breakfast! 




These are very easy to make. Take a bag of our plain pancake mix and simply replace the milk with your favorite eggnog. Then add 1 tsp of nutmeg and a tsp of vanilla.

 Mix per instructions. If the batter seems too thick, add a little bit of milk until the right consistency. 


When ready place on a greased or buttered griddle and cook per instructions. These are VERY fluffy- we recommend waiting a bit longer than usual to flip them, this will ensure you get a nice cooked through pancake. 


Cover with whipped cream or maple syrup and enjoy!
