Maple Sugar Cookies
These sugar cookies have crispy edges, but soft centers. The brown edges bring out the maple flavor which makes this an interesting twist on a classic.

Nancy's Maple Oatmeal Cookies
In honor of our matriarch, Nancy Aldrich, who ran Polly's from the 1960's through to the early 2000's we are sharing one of her own recipes. Nancy passed away on Dec 15th, 2016- but her memory will live on through all of us here at Polly's. We hope you enjoy this delicious cookie and make them with as much love as Nancy would have.
